Customer of the Week: July 22

Welcome to another edition of our Customer of the Week program.  Each week, we will highlight one of our regular customers, and that person will get their next meal free at the truck (who says there’s no such thing as a free lunch?).  So how do you become Customer of the Week? It’s a fairly simple three step process:

  1. You love lobster
  2. You love The Happy Lobster
  3. You’re awesome (which is sort of a bi-product of the first two steps)

Cheers to our next Customer of the Week, Whit!

Whit was one of our very first customers at Clark & Monroe (he may have literally been the first one), and has been a loyal patron of the Happy Lobster ever since. One day, Whit wanted to share his love of the Happy Lobster with his kids, which is wonderful, except for the fact that when he showed up, we were all out of lobster.  We were mortified, but smoothed things over with some King Crab Bisque, and luckily our good pal Whit forgave us. We’ve never disappointed him since.

Pete is another one of our long-time regulars. His go-to order? That would be our Lobster Grilled Cheese. Still, Pete isn’t just about eating our Lobster Grilled Cheese, he’s about sharing it as well, as he can often be found bringing one back to his office for a co-worker. Who this co-worker is we may never know, but we are assuming it’s Pete’s very best friend in the whole world.
