Welcome to another edition of our Customer of the Week program. Each week, we will highlight one of our regular customers, and that person will get their next meal free at the truck (who says there’s no such thing as a free lunch?). So how do you become Customer of the Week? It’s a fairly simple three step process:
- You love lobster
- You love The Happy Lobster
- You’re awesome (which is sort of a bi-product of the first two steps)
We want to give a big shout out to our newest Customer of the Week, Scott!
Scott has been with the Happy Lobster since Day 1. From our stand at Northwestern football games last season to lunch stops in the Loop, we can always count on peering towards the line to see a familiar smile and wave. That’s the kind of longevity that can only end in a well-deserved Customer of the Week honor.
We have a feeling Scott is going to be the talk of the office today, and to that we say: Take it in, Scott, it doesn’t get much better than this. Cheers and thank you for all of your continued support, your next Happy Roll is on us!
